COVID-19 and measures in Club Sincoolka

• The current situation can easily bring uncertainty and anxiety to one's mind. We would like to inform you about the possibility of online psychological counseling (e.g. through Skype) which is intended for all non-Czech speaking CTU students. The service is confidential and free of charge. See counseling details and contacts at the CIPS site!

If you were affected by the COVID-19 and cannot currently use our services, you can request a refund of membership fees. See the directive of the Chairman of Club Sincoolka and Decree of the President of CTU Student Union.

The request is ready for you in SINIS https://sinis.sin.cvut.cz - after logging in, go into “COVID-19 refund” section. Do not worry, we have made it as simple as possible.

Please, only submit the request if you truly cannot use the services, for example because you are no longer at the dormitory.

Although the law no longer prevents us from opening the gym, the Club currently does not have the capacity to regularly disinfect the premises of the gym. Thus, the gym is currently not open. We will monitor the situation and we will be informing the members if anything changes.

From June 15, and during the holidays, the office hours will be held on:

You may also use the temporary tech support line +420 228 229 638, during the office hours (Monday and Wednesday, 8.00-9.00pm). The call is billed as a regular landline call to the Czech Republic. Outside of office hours, a voice mailbox is available.

The directive SIN-NP-2020/2 and directive SIN-NP-2020/4 are now in effect which, starting from 23rd March, apply these restrictions:

• the operation of gym at Sinkuleho dormitory has been suspended,
• the operation of sauna at Sinkuleho dormitory has been suspended,
• Multimedia room reservations at Sinkuleho dormitory have been suspended.

As of July 1st, there are no further restrictions imposed, by the President of CTU SU, on the club events or gatherings. Some government regulations are still in effect.
